Handelsvertreter

Auch Hausierer

Der Handelsvertreter ist eine selbstständige Gewerbe-treibende Person, die für Unternehmen (in dessen Namen) Geschäfts abschließt bzw. vermittelt. Der Handelsvertreter gehört zum Haustürgeschäfts bzw. D2D und versucht Produkte bzw. Verträge beim Endkunden vor Ort zu verkaufen.

Die Besonderheit besteht darin, dass ein Handelsvertreter in fremden Namen (nicht seinem eigenen) und auf fremde Rechnung (des Unternehmens) arbeitet aber i.d.R. frei in der Gestaltung seiner Tätigkeit ist und so Arbeitszeit, Anzahl der zu vertretenden Unternehmen selbst bestimmen kann.

Sein Gegenpart ist der Handelsreisende.

Der Handelsvertreter gehört zum D2D Geschäfts und ist damit Teil des Direktvertriebs.
